Learning outcomes:
1. To understand the range of health issues affecting children who are born prematurely: mental, emotional, and physical/neurological.
2. To understand the aetiology of cerebral palsy and the osteopathic management.
3. Learning difficulties in children: assessment and management.
4. Seizures and pseudo-seizures in infants and children: to understand the variety of presentations and their management.
5. Studying case studies, and analysis to refine reasoning skills.

Kok Weng Lim is a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy and also the European School of Osteopathy and the University of Greenwich where he completed his postgraduate training. He has a special interest in paediatric osteopathy and has co-authored two books on pediatric osteopathy and one on balanced ligamentous tension.
He has worked and taught at the Osteopathic Centre for Children since its inception in 1991. He is on the faculty of various osteopathic educational institutions both in the UK and in Europe including the international faculty at the European School of Osteopathy, the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy, Wiener Schule für Osteopathie and Barcelona School of Osteopathy. For the past 8 years he has also worked in a neonatal unit in a hospital in north London as a senior osteopath.
