Dr. Sutherland described an ignition of potency, an embodied life force, within the fluids of the body. We are designed to experience 3 primary ignitions relating to conception, when the heart begins beating, and at birth. We can sense the echoes of these ignitions at the end of each exhalation of long tide, when a new inhalation is ignited. This natural expression of the Breath of Life and potency may be dampened due to early history, including birth trauma and practices, and earlier prenatal conditions.

This 90-minute presentation describes the long tide phenomenon of ignition, introduces the nature of the 3 primary ignitions, and includes meditative exploration of settling into long tide.
