Hormonal imbalances are increasingly encountered in clinical practice, often presenting through complex and multifactorial symptoms. This advanced course offers a comprehensive osteopathic approach to endocrine dysfunctions, integrating structural, functional, vascular, and neurovegetative perspectives.
Based on an in-depth understanding of the dynamic interactions between the endocrine, nervous, and immune systems, this seminar provides a patient-centered clinical framework to better assess and manage common hormonal imbalances.
Participants will gain a clearer understanding of frequently observed clinical manifestations such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, weight fluctuations, chronic inflammation, digestive disorders, concentration difficulties, anxiety, and depressive states.
A strong emphasis is placed on the palpatory evaluation of the major endocrine glands, the analysis of their functional relationships, and the application of precise osteopathic techniques adapted to both hypo- and hyperfunctional states. Specific work on the associated neural and arterial structures is also integrated into the approach.
The course further explores the regulatory mechanisms of the endocrine system, particularly through its interaction with the autonomic nervous system, and highlights its impact on the body’s overall balance.
An integrative perspective is proposed, including practical clinical insights related to nutrition, supplementation, and selected supportive exercises, allowing participants to broaden their therapeutic strategies.
Drawing on extensive clinical experience and supported by current scientific knowledge, this course provides practitioners with a structured and highly applicable approach to endocrine health.
